Today Assassin's Creed Odyssey is going to be officially released! To celebrate this, we are very proud to announce a Fanart Contest in Collaboration with our dear friend Memento Gallery!

OFFICIAL RULES
ELIGIBILITY
The Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Contest by Access the Animus and Memento Gallery is opened to anyone: there are no limitations of geographical area.
COMPETITION PHASES
Submissions: participants have time to enter their artwork from Friday October 5th 2018 to Friday October 26th 2018 at 23.59 CET Time.
Voting process: the artworks will be submitted to judges taken from the Assassin’s Creed Artistic Community. The judges will then choose one (1) winning artwork.
The judges for the contest will be:
VALERIA FAVOCCIA, born in 1988, after finishing her studies at the International Comics School in Rome in 2009, she started working with several publishers right after including Star Comics and Aurea Editoriale.
In recent years, she has collaborated with Orgoglio Nerd, Shockdom, BD Editions, Gate On Games and No Lands and she is currently working for Titan Comics, for which she designed a "Doctor Who year three" comic book, the "Assassin's Creed: Reflections" miniseries and the covers for "Assassin's Creed Last Descendants: Locus" and the "Assassin's Creed Origins” Comic Book series.
SEBASTIAN DELL'ARIA, llustrator and portraitist, with certificate and Talent scholarship released by the Nemo Academy of Digital Arts, in Florence. Sebastian collaborated with Marvel as Cover Artist and with the Cassero center in Bologna for an exhibition on the Holocaust called "Rosacenere".
Member of the Assassin’s Creed Mentors Guild and Memento Gallery curator, his drawings have been selected on several occasions by Ubisoft for various features and competitions.
NERMALLION, Self taught artist, Runner-up winner of the Assassin’s Creed Origins Community Creation Contest 2017 and Winner of the Assassin’s Creed Finest Contest 2018.
Announcement of the winners: The winners will be notified on the platform on which they entered their submission and they will be officially announced on the Access The Animus and Memento Gallery social media accounts.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter the contest, the participants needs to enter their artworks on either Instagram, Facebook or Twitter just by posting them with the hashtag #AccessTheMemento
Only one entry per person will be accepted.
In order to be eligible to participate, the fanart:
Must be an original picture (any technique can be used, one technique will not be given preference over any others). Entry may not be owned, taken or edited by anyone other than you. Your entry must be original to you, created by you and owned by you.
Must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to all applicable local, state, federal, or international laws and regulations.
Must not contain any third-party materials, other than Assassin’s Creed Odyssey materials, or otherwise violate or infringe (or may infringe) any copyright, trademark, logo, drawings, cartoons, phrases, mark that identifies a brand or other proprietary right of any person living or deceased (including but not limited to rights of privacy or publicity or portrayal in a false light) or entity or make reference to any commercial/corporate advertising (including but not limited to corporate logos, brand names, charities, slogans, political, or religious statements), or be otherwise objectionable.
Entries that do not meet the specified requirements or otherwise do not comply with the Official Rules herein may be disqualified. Any attempted form of entry other than as described herein is void.
WINNERS
The winning work will receive an Assassin’s Creed Odyssey game code for a platform of choice.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Entrants must send entries as required in the contest announcement in order to be eligible. Entries received after the deadline set forth in the contest announcement are ineligible, null, and void. Access The Animus and Memento Gallery will not be responsible for and will not consider incomplete or incorrect entries. Access The Animus and Memento Gallery are not responsible for entries that are sent but not received for any reason.
By submitting Fanarts to Access The Animus and Memento Gallery, you represent and warrant that the Fanarts do not infringe any copyright, trademark, property rights, rights of privacy or publicity of any person, or any other right of any third party and that you have the full and unrestricted right to transfer the Fanarts to Access The Animus and Memento Gallery free and clear of any claims or encumbrances.
You acknowledge and agree that Access The Anumus and Memento Gallery shall have no obligation to post, display, or otherwise make publicly available any Fanarts submitted by you.
The Fanarts submitted as part of the contest will be judged entirely in the sole and absolute discretion of Access The Animus, Memento Gallery and the selected judges. Decisions by Access The Animus and Memento Gallery are final.
Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings.
If the specified prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Access The Animus and Memento Gallery in their sole and absolute discretion may substitute a prize of like or equal value.
A contest is null and void in any jurisdiction where prohibited by law.
Access The Animus and Memento Gallery reserve the right in their sole and absolute discretion to terminate any contest at any time without prior notice.
Access The Animus and Memento Gallery reserve the right in their sole and absolute discretion to alter any contest rules at any time.
No purchase or payment of any consideration is necessary to enter the contest.
The personal data of the participants and winners will only be gathered, administered and used in connection with the competition and the delivery of the prizes.
Participants grant – with the consent of their legal guardian if the user is of minor age – Access The Animus and Memento Gallery the right to distribute and publish the picture/s and make them available to the public. The participant also agrees to the publication of their nickname/full name (as chosen by themselves). The aforementioned activities will only be in line with the competition. Any pictures entered into the competition may be posted by Access The Animus and Memento Gallery online or in social networks. The aforementioned rights of use are granted to Access The Animus and Memento Gallery by the participant free of charge.
By entering the contest, you conclusively are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these contest rules and terms and conditions as well as by any rules specific to such contest. This is an irrevocable condition of entry.
Severability: If any part of these rules are declared unenforceable or invalid, the remainder will continue to be valid and enforceable.
